We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design within the logistics/intralogistics sector. Proven experience in the use of AutoCAD or similar 2D software, as well as SolidWorks or equivalent 3D software, is required.
Experience with 3D simulation software such as Tecnomatix, FlexSim, or similar tools is also expected; therefore, familiarity with these systems would be considered a strong advantage.

The selected candidate will join the accounting department and will be responsible for:

• Independently managing accounting operations from journal entries to financial statements;
• Issuing and receiving electronic invoices and recording them (invoices from both EU and non-EU countries);
• Compiling Intrastat reports and handling incoming and outgoing foreign transactions;
• Fixed assets;
• Managing withholding taxes and preparing F24 forms;
• VAT and IRAP settlements and periodic filings (Intrastat, annual VAT, CU, etc.);
• Inventory management;
• Management of incoming materials from customers;
• Management of correspondence with customers and suppliers to monitor open accounts;
• Supporting the rest of the team in performing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has:

• A diploma in accounting;
• Substantial experience in the role, preferably gained at professional firms or within established companies;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
• Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and email;
• Flexibility;
• Preferably residing in the surrounding areas;
