È richiesta un’esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore della progettazione meccanica in ambito Logistico/Intralogistico. Richiediamo una comprovata esperienza nell’utilizzo di Autocad o software analoghi 2D e SolidWorks o software analoghi in 3D. È previsto anche l’utilizzo di software per la Simulazione in 3D come Tecnomatix o FlexSim o similari, di conseguenza se il candidato avesse già competenze anche nell’utilizzo di questi Sistemi Software sarebbe molto gradito.

The selected candidate will join the accounting department and will be responsible for:

• Independently managing accounting operations from journal entries to financial statements;
• Issuing and receiving electronic invoices and recording them (invoices from both EU and non-EU countries);
• Compiling Intrastat reports and handling incoming and outgoing foreign transactions;
• Fixed assets;
• Managing withholding taxes and preparing F24 forms;
• VAT and IRAP settlements and periodic filings (Intrastat, annual VAT, CU, etc.);
• Inventory management;
• Management of incoming materials from customers;
• Management of correspondence with customers and suppliers to monitor open accounts;
• Supporting the rest of the team in performing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has:

• A diploma in accounting;
• Substantial experience in the role, preferably gained at professional firms or within established companies;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
• Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and email;
• Flexibility;
• Preferably residing in the surrounding areas;
